Food From a Trailer

By karisullivan

I’ve been meaning to try Lulu B’s, a Vietnamese food trailer in South Austin, forever. I hadn’t really found my Vietnamese groove here in Austin, but this place totally fits the bill.

Waiting on Vietnamese @ Lulu B's

I’ve never had food from a trailer before, but it looked clean enough. (Bill is using his phone… not meditating!)

Topo Chico

I thought I was so cool for getting Topo Chico in Colorado, but it’s much more popular here in Texas.

Lemongrass Tofu Bun @ Lulu B's

Amazing Lemongrass Tofu Bun from Lulu B’s. This is definitely the freshest, most flavorful Vietnamese food I’ve ever tasted. I covered it in sriracha sauce!

I’ve really got to check this out. Alin keeps talking about it – I think she goes there five time a day, seriously. That looks like some ridiculously delicious tofu.

I’ve got to get back down there, if only for the tofu. I can’t believe I’ve only been there once!

Let me know what you think of it…
